Year Best New Artist Best Comeback Artist Best Artist
'New' in this sense means new to the Charts.  This Artist breathed new life into my music world and set the wheels of taste and musical knowledge into motion in a whole new direction. Overall, this artist best represents the feeling of that year, and/or made its presence most felt trying to do so.
